It is with excitement I write my first blog. The world right now is full of uncertainty, unrest and fear. War, floods, financial instability, disease, pressures all around, mandates, segregation, isolation, a divided community. As I walked along the beach contemplating the difficult season we find ourselves in, I found solace in this place. The beauty on display that evening was simply breathtaking. I reached down to collect a heart shaped piece of coral and tucked it into my pocket. The sunset was a loud shout of love, a reminder to me of God’s unchanging faithfulness. No matter what circumstance we find ourselves in, He is communicating his constant nature, his everlasting love and forgiveness to us if we will just open the eyes of our hearts and listen.
Isaiah 43:5 Do not fear, for I am with you.
